Existing column covers were removed and replaced with custom made perforated metal columns.
A fountain on the exterior corner of the building was removed and a new glass enclosure created additional space to display projects-furniture,etc.
All mechanical and electrical-lighting-ceiling tiles-flooring and walls were replaced.
A new kitchen and 2 bathrooms were renovated.
All work areas/stations and glass walls created a showroom of furniture-reconfigurable glass walls-seating and filing systems that the designer/dealer sold.
